High Efficient Surface Sizing Agent

1.   Product introduction

Surface sizing agent is a product used on the paper surface to enhance surface strength, water resistance, paper stiffness, ring crush strength, smoothness and printing performance etc, of paper or paper board in the paper-making industry. This product has excellent features owning to its good affinity for fiber, good hydrophobic of sizing surface film, and strong ring pressure increase competence, and its good synergistic effect of each functional units.

2.  Product Features

-- In the sizing process, the product has good affinity and retention for fiber; good compatibility and synergistic effect for starch, other additives, and dye;

--Surface sizing agent could significantly improve the water resistance and ring crush strength of cardboard paper and corrugated paper; no aging period and uneasy to get damp 

--Surface sizing agent could improve the surface strength and water resistance of paper, which completely replace the internal sizing agent, and more importantly, could improve the damp and back-gluing phenomenon after sizing;

--It has excellent mechanical stability, less bubbles in operating process,so no need of defoamer.

It can be used with the original starch, reducing the production cost. Product is small amount to add, low cost and convenient to use, could get remarkable sizing effect.

3. Product Applications

This product can have effectively crosslinking with sizing starch, and in this way get good film-forming property, improve paper printing surface strength and sizing degree; at the same time, it can reduce the cost, and improve the production efficiency. Surface sizing that used for cardboard paper and corrugated paper can completely replace internal sizing agent, and significantly improve the water resistance and ring crush strength
