Main Ingredient: Modified DMeDHEU

Performance characteristics and Application:
Cross-linking agent of textile wash and wear non-iron finishing, mainly applied in wrinkle and shrink resistant finish of cotton, viscose and its blended fabric or knitted fabric. Or can applied in embossing, lightning, calendering and bubbling.
Fabric finished by this product has a good non-iron property, very high hydrophytic ability, very good chlorine resistance, durable for water cleaning and dry washing, with good hand feeling.
This product is environmental, textile finished by this product is free of formaldehyde.
Index and property of RG-NA200 are both compared with BASF NF (Fixapret NF).
Application Method:
Padded under room temperature, mangle expression is 60-90%. Dosage of RG-NB273 pls refer to the following sheet:

Catalyzer and dosage: Make Magnesium chloride as (MgCl2·6H2O) catalyzer, its dosage is 10% of resin dosage, but not less than 8g/L, not more than 15g/L.

Prebaking:factory regular technology, baking to remained
Moisture content is about 5-8%.
Baking: 150ºC,3 minutes, or 170ºC, 30 seconds.

Specified technology should be appropriate adjusted according to test, suggest make necessary test before use, especially for white or light color fabric treatment, it is more necessary.
Notes:
1,Before using pls stir evenly, pls sealed the balance materials after
weighing and taking materials.
2,If stored in a higher temperature, the appearance would the trend
Of yellow, but will not affect the product effective and usage. It
should be used up once opened the drum. If didn’t use up, then
must seal it.
3,In rare cases, this product maybe there is small amount of
crystal separated out. But if increase the temperature or
add water and stir, the crystal can be dissolved.
