Anti-migrating Agent RG-FY
Main components: non-surfactants acrylate copolymer
Physical and chemical specification:
Appearance: Colorless or light yellow transparent viscous liquid
Ionicity: anion/nonionic
PH:6.0~7.0
Solid content: 14~23%
Boiling point: 100°C
Solubility: Mixed with cold, warm water in any proportion to dissolve, but need strong mixing.
Compatibility: can be mixed with all of the anionic and non-ionic wetting agent and dispersant.
Performance characteristics and uses:
1. RG-FY isenvironment-friendly products, It is in accordance with European Union.
2. RG-FY is non-surfactants, it will not produce bubbles.
3. Even in the conditon of hard water RG - FY also can improve the stability of the pad dyeing.
4. RG - FY can prevent the migration of dye particles padding on the cloth in the process of drying, so can ensure uniform dyeing appearance, prevent to produce edge of color difference and color difference on both sides, to improve the levelness
5. During dyeing the thin fabric, if join this product under the
6. conditions of preliminary drying is poor , can effectively overcome the dyed flowers, to achieve the good effect of leveling, the deepening of the also have certain effect.
