Characteristics:
non-ionic emulsion of an amino-functional silicone fluid.
Application
JS112 is ideal as a permanent softener and luricant for all kind of textile fabrics. Due to its reactive structure, it provides exxpecially slippery soft and filled elastomeric touch to the fabrics. Besides it helps to improve the sewability of fabrics
Processing:
JS112 can be applied b padding method. The finishing liquors should not be sujected to high sear, as this might cause instability. it is important to keep controlling the bath ph between 5- and the bath temperature below 40°c during the process. it is recommended fixing time and temperature is 1-3 min and 130-165°c, respectively.
It coul be combined wih all conventional cationic,nonionic softeners andother additives. However, the compatibility tests shoud be done before the application. Due to the cationic structure of its active material. it can not be used together with anionic auxiliary substances.
