Feature:

Calculate the pulling length automatically, effectively protect the profile from distortion, bending in the pressing process, and keep it from damage caused by collision and scratch. Automatic saw is in the position of profile receiving place and finish the cutting when the line stalls. This is able to reduce the wasting, enhance the production efficiency and finished product qualified rate, and at the same time lower the work strength.

Control System:
PLC + touch screen. Swift conveniently between manual and automatic mode and the data such as pull strength, distance, and speed is indicated on the screen. Real time fault alarm device is able to show the fault condition on the screen. The power source is frequency conversion motor, which can keep the pull power stay the same and adjust the speed by frequency conversion. It’s convenient for repair and maintenance. The pullet can be used both on the pulling of one rod pressing multiple rods or multiple rods pressing one rod. The rod length and number can be input on the screen.

1. What's the delivery time of your aluminum extrusion machine?
For ordinary small-sized machine such as saw, 30 days; middle-sized machine such as heating furnace, 45-50 days, for big-sized machine such as cooling system/profile handling system, 60 days. We could also design and make the whole production line for our customer, around 3-6 months.
2. What’s your ordinary shipment method?
We can deliver the machine by land, or by ocean.
