Products Description
ZBC mining explosion-proof silicon controll charger can be applied to environment (such as coal mine) with dangerous explosion gases(methane) and cool dusts, it can be used as the battery for special explosion-proof battery locomotive.
Operating Conditions
A) Altitude does not exceed 1000 m;
B) The environment temperature:
The highest temperature + 40 ℃.
The lowest temperature - 10 ℃;
C) The air relative humidity is not more than 95% (equivalent to an air + 25 ℃);
D) In the coal mine methane and coal dust explosive gas mixture;
E) When there is no enough to corrosive action on metals, and the failure of the insulation gas and steam environment;
F) Without violent vibration and impact, and vertical gradient of no more than 5% of the fixed place;

Maintenance and Repair
A) Explosion-proof surface is the key part of charging equipment, should pay attention to when maintenance should not be changed and damaged.
B) Explosion-proof joint face clean regularly, rust-proof oil, to prevent corrosion and damage and isolation performance.
C) Regularly check whether there is any damage on the lead cable, colloid is aging, found that aging change in time, otherwise it will affect the explosion-proof performance.
D) In the primary loop fast fuse, SCR, diode damage is lack of phase operation, should be timely replacement of damaged electrical components.
E) Flow or short circuit, power device can automatically.At this point, the ammeter no current display, should find fault and the reason, treatment rear can send again.
