Introduction of Vertical Precast Concrete Pipe Machine
SL Vertical vibration concrete pipe mold is composed of removable steel outer mold and inner mold adhere to vibrator . Outer mold is assembled with two steel semi-circular tubes of 5mm. The semi-circular tubes is connected with bolt pins with wedges. Inner mold is a overall round cylinder and bottom diameter is a little smaller than upper diameter so that to take out the inner mold easily .
The investment for vertical vibration process which is a simple production process of concrete culvert pipes is low but flexible arrangement .During vibration, vibration bar can help concrete of pipe wall compacted and even and during reasonable vertical vibration , the vibration bar will not cause deformation , misplacement or damage of steel lantern ring, reinforced steel framework and embedded components which ensure mechanical property of concrete pipes during jacking process . For vertical vibration process , the mold can’t be released until strength of concrete is qualified . There will be no rough scratch on inner and outer wall during demolding which will decrease friction of jacking and difficulty and risk .
Vertical Vibration Concrete Pipe Mold is divided into three parts: Bottom Mold, outer mold and inner mold . For outer mold , it’s circular with two semicircular half molds ,inner mold is circular mold which can change diameter automatically . Bottom mold is overall precast steel casting.
Bottom mold is also called cork base which is precast steel casting. Inner mold and outer mold are placed on the bottom mold .
Inner mold is also called core mold which is also auto varying diameter round mold . For hoisting condition , inner mold diameter is smaller than pipe diameter . When pedestal base loosen the hook , under the action of weight of inner mold slings and inner transmission system weight , wedge shaped mold will stretch outward automatically , then inner mold diameter will extend to inner diameter of concrete pipe automatically . If inner mold can vary diameter automatically , manual diameter varying will be necessary .
Outer mold is two semicircular molds . Two molds are connected with fastening parts .It’s convenient to assemble and disassemble . It’s convenient to assemble two semicircular molds but no high precision and after repeated use it will deform easily . Regular inspection of outer mold is necessary and repair outer mold which not meet precision requirements to guarantee precision requirement of concrete pipes .
