The mian structure of machine tool use solid sealing box pile physical design which is same as Taiwan YAWEI.Through careful structural analysis,integrated planning and design to make sure machine tool's stability analysis of structure, high rigidity. Stability of precision, machining speed and sensitivity keep good after long time use.
1. The body of machine is treated by stress and precise finish, profesionally install imported parts according to international standard.
2. BT50 spindle feed cutting reach 3mm and more, it is super machine tool for producing products. Spindle box part use double hydraulic balance mechanism, to make sure Z axis up-and-down motion smooth.
3. Three axis use high precision high rigid linear rail whoes width is more than 65mm, ballscrew are from Taiwan Hiwin C3 grade high precision ballscrew, the gap between axis are eliminated, increase the transmission accuracy, to make sure each axis has good quick positioning and repeated positioning. The machine tool has high efficiency and high performance which is more suitable for machining all kinds complex surface parts, especially for manufacturing and machining
high precision moulds. The worktable is total travel support design, multi group sliding blocks, to make sure heave load and good precision retentivity.
4. Use positive displacement oil distributor, timing and ration oiling every lubrication parts, to make sure lubricating each parts equably, reduce slide grinding resistance effectively.
5. X,Y,Z three axis connect AC servo motor to precision ballscrew by Germany high precision and none tooth space coupling, the bearing
of ballscrew use high precision high rigid bunching angular contact ball bearing.
6. Cnc gantry milling machine has been widely used in manufacturing industry,car industry, communication industry, instrument industry and others, and has absolute advantage which can not matach by cnc vertical machining center.
