Alarm Host

The IP Alarm Host keeps watch in your home - even when you are not there.

It is the alarm’s central component. It gathers data and starts the sirens in the event of fire and break-in.

Door/Window Sensor

Finseen IP Alarm’s door/window sensor is an intelligent switch, which you attach to the doors and windows or other places in your home where you want control or an alarm in the event of a break-in. Generally set as Perimeter zone . If any door or window is opened, it will transmit the alarm signals to the alarm host.

PIR Detector

Mainly monitor and control indoor space, generally set as Motion zone.

When human body enters into detecting area, the sensor will transmit alarm signals to the alarm host.

Remote Control

To control the alarm host to arm and disarm.With the emergency key for urgent help.

Free subscription	√	χ	IP Cloud Alarm FC-300 uses free existing broadband internet. GSM Alarm uses SIM Card with a running subscription.
24/7 System Monitoring	√	χ	IP Cloud Alarm FC-300: Broken connections are monitored 24/7 by the IP Cloud. If the connection is interrupted the user gets notified. GSM Alarm: are unable to communicate if the GSM connections are broken or jammed.
Internet Cloud service	√	χ	IP Cloud Alarm FC-300 continuously streams data between the base unit and the cloud. The Cloud checks the data and convert it to useful information presented on the usersmobile device. GSM Alarm collects data by SMS. Each small data package is transferred via one SMS. There is no cloud to calculate the data.
Synchronized multi user enabled	√	χ	By multi users of the same alarm system it is important that all users are update with the same information. This is difficult by a SMS GSM Alarm. If the information flow gets too big the SMS amount will grow.
GSM Jamming	√	χ	IP Cloud Alarm FC-300 do not use GSM radio and is thereby protected against GSM jamming. The SMS GSM Alarm is not protected against jamming. A thief can easily provide a good GSM Jammer for USD60,- on the internet.
Continued power line check	√	χ	If the power line is interrupted, both systems will fall back on the backup battery and work for some hours before the battery is empty. IP Cloud Alarm FC-300 will send out a warning to the user if the power line is interrupted and again when the battery runs out of power.
Automated system health indicator	√	Χ	The IP Cloud Alarm FC-300 shows the status of the system with the health indicator. The GSM Alarm is not a monitored system. A health in dicator would not be possible to make.
Push notification	√	χ	IP Cloud Alarm FC-300 sends out notifications via PUSH. GSM Alarm can't notify by PUSH. Push technology works via the internet. Therefore there is no PUSH available.
Email Notification	√	χ	IP Cloud Alarm FC-300 sebds out notifications via email. GSM Alarm can not notify by email. Email technology works via the internet. There is no internet connected to GSM Systems.
Free use	√	χ	IP Cloud Alarm FC-300 is free. There is no subscription, contract nor sim cart. Some features e.g. response security service is subject to payment. GSM Alarm need sim cards paid by the end-user.
