A. Visitors Working Flow:
1 How to Entry
The vehicle covers detector loop 1, visitor will press the push button on the front panel of entry
Terminal. The card dispenser will spit card, information like date, entry time will be written into
the card. Meantime, the barrier gate will open automatically, the visitor enters the parking lot.
After the vehicle passes by the detector loop 2, barrier will close automatically.
2 How to Pay
Visitor drives to the cashier booth, which is located close to the exit terminal and barrier gate.
He gives his card to the operator. The operator will read the card by card reader for transaction,the software will show how much the visitor will have to pay. Receipt printer is optional here.
3 How to Exit
After the visitor pays, the operator will open the exit barrier gate by software. After the vehicle
passes by the detector loop 4, the barrier will close automatically.
B. Monthly User Working Flow:
1 How to Entry
The vehicle covers detector loop 1, monthly user will swipe the proximity card on the card reader panel of the entry terminal. Barrier gate will open automatically. After the vehicle passes by the detector loop 2,the barrier will close automatically.
2 How to Pay
Monthly user does not be requested to pay every time. Usually he goes to central management station to pay the parking fee every month or several months.
Proximity cards are authorized both by card issuer.
3 How to Exit
The vehicle covers detector loop 3, monthly user will swipe the proximity card on the card reader panel of the exit terminal. Exit terminal will detect the validity of the card. If the card is valid, it will send a signal to the barrier gate. Barrier gate will openautomatically. After the vehicle passes by the detector loop 4, the barrier will close automatically. If the card expires, LED display will remind the monthly user to go to central management station for payment.
The transient visitor and monthly user can push the “HELP” button to talk with operator in the central management station for any assistance.
