How to distinguish China master and imported master 1) imported master: thinner, film brighter, cotton exquisite and equality, flexile. Some master film separated from the cotton by rubbing. And printing quantity is much more, with good definition. Generally,if you rub the master, the cotton part is not easily taken off after rubbing.
2) domestic master: thicker, cotton rough, harder, brickle, not easily separated after rubbing. Printing quantity is less than original one. And some master definition is not so clear. Its cotton is easily taken off after rubbing. Generally speaking, domestic master is ok, only the unit printing quantity is less, and cotton easily taken off. And less printing quantity is not big problem. Some do not need print many pages, make a new plate if needed. As domestic master prices are inexpensive and competitive. And the real problem is that the domestic master material is not sterling(pure).there are some impurity(such as metal ion).master cotton pieces to destroy the thermal head. original master is suitable for new machines. STYLO MASTER:STYLO master use the imported film and high quality materials to make it definition higher, and printing quantity is near the same as original master. its fibre looks like domestic one. but its cotton part will not be taken off while rubbing it.Therefore, it does not destroy the thermal head. Meanwhile Its price is competitive Master test: 1.Curliness: open the master roll, and take it around 30CM length, spread on table, if the starting part of the master returns back to the master roll into a horn shape, this kind of master will make plate making difficulties . 2. Thickness, used machines like thicker master. 3. master surface: put the master cotton part upward, and check if the fiber is exquisite and of equality. If there is any impurity, striation, fasciculi. If 4.film surface: if the film surface is smooth and bright with equality. If its surface has been Processed with liniment. 5, Flexility test:rubbing master roll with your hand to test if it is flexible, flexible,the more flexible, the better. 6, printing pages test in short time: if you rub the master cotton part with your thumb, if it is easily coming off the film , this kind of master printing pages must be less. And if you pull the master with your hands, the easily broken one will be in less printing pages.Some master will be broken during printing. 7. water proof: because,there is water inside the ink, the master should be water proof, if We use wet thumb to rub the master,then the cotton part of the master easily taken off, which Shows that the master has weak water proof,which printing pages will be less too. And meanwhile its definition will be not satisfied. 8,erodibility resistance: put some ink on master for some time, and observe the master erodibility resistance within the ink oil circle, 9,definition and unit printing test. Test in machines, ( there is big difference between same Master rolls by using different ink). Good ink can help the master has good performance. |
