Freight depends on the weight, packing size, destination, delivery carrier.

4. How long can I expect to get the sample?

Samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7days. 3-5 days to reach via express such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS. That depends on exsited products.

5. What kinds of files do you accept for OEM?

PDF, CDR, AI, high resolution JPG

6. Can you do the designs for us?

Design service available. State your ideas and send us high resolution images, your Logo and text, we will help to carry out your ideas and send you finished files for confirmation.

7. How to order?

Please send us your purchase order by Email, or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order.
1) Product information-Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Technological and Packing requirements etc.)
2) Delivery time
3) Shipping information-Company name, Street address, Phone & Fax number, Destination sea port.
4) Forwarder’s contact details if there’s any in China.

8. What about the lead time for mass production?

Normally 20-25 days, depends on the quantity and the season. Our suggestion: inquiry and place order 2 months earlier before you need the goods arrived.
