plastic bottled handle inserts machine
For easy to carry large capacity PET bottled water, beverages and other products, manufacturers will set a plastic handle up on the bottleneck. In traditional production line, the plastic handle pressed into bottleneck by manual work which has seriously restricted the mass production, greatly reduced the production efficiency and waste lots of manpower.
The product is mature, stable performance, easy to operate and install. It can completely replace manual to catch handle and press handle. So enterprises can control the human cost, improve production efficiency and create economic benefits.
In order to protect intellectual property rights, our company has applied national invention patent for the handle press into machine.
Arranged handle is artificially is placed into storage tank. The handle will be taken out and then caught by the divide institutions under the storage tank. The handle will be put onto the bottleneck and pressed into the bottleneck then send out by the transport system. After the three steps, sub handle, take handle and press handle then finished work.

Host machine
1 The base body is welded by the steel structure, supported by the adjustable foot, the bottom board is be polished the surface and boring holes by CNC Milling machine that can ensure the accuracy when assemble. The surface is AISI304 stainless steel.
2 There are driving motor, gear structure frame in the internal structure which has AISI304 stainless steel frame.
3 Handle press into machine's power is provided by a main motor and controlled by the inverter. Machine production speed can be adjusted according to requirements.
4 Each run institutions are gear transmission, operate smoothly.
5 Through intelligent detection input, when the input is detected bottle input, information feedback to handle storage tank for releasing handle output points to divide handle and then take and press handle.
6 Intelligent detect handle storage. A handle storage respectively set up 5 output points, when the bottom detect point detect no handle will notice the previous output points to release handle and so on. When the top check point detects no handle then equipment alarm prompt to increase the handle by manual.
