PET BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER
General description
PET bottle unscrambler is a bottle collocating equipment of internationally advanced level- elevator technology we developed on basis of introduced technology with a consideration of a propensity of domestic beverage filling facilities towards high-speed production.
PET bottle unscrambler body is barrel shape, with adjustable horses in the bottom of outer roudings, to adjust the height and level of the machine. An inner and an outer rotary barrel are positioned round the double-line bearings inside the body machine. The outside of inner rotary barrel is equipped with bottle tank, and inside with equivalent elevator. The corresponding bottle distributor is also equipped on the outer barrel. An umbrella-tower is centered in the machine. Bottles are conveyed to the middle of the machine through elevator upon signals of bottle absence, falling from the umbrella-tower to the fringes. Bottles are pushed into bottle tank by cams in the elevator. The circulation of the machine is accompanied by the elevator thrice. Every elevator Bottles in distributor will be transported into air conveyor through starwheels.
Main features:
1. Outer canister, rotary canister and contact parts with bottles are made of S/S SUS304. 2. Frames are welded with carbon steel of fine quality, with anti-rust treated and sprayed of surface.
3. Body of canister is sealed, and kept with slight positive pressure to prevent dust.
4. Top of canister is equipped with removable cover, easy to maintain and clean.
5. Equipped with defective bottle rejection device. No need to stop to clean up in usual condition. Blocks from mass defective bottles in bottle. The testing switch in the machine will alarm and stop the machine. Operators can dredge it according to signals.
6. Specially designed bottle tank can apply to bottles of dimensions at small difference, no need to change tank to save investment. For instants, if you want to change 600ml with 500ml with same diameter, only 30mm shorter, you need not to change the tank, just do some adjustment.
7. The midst of canister is equipped with exit for mold replacing, easy for dismantlement and clean up of bottle tank.
8. The under of canister is equipped with maintenance exit, easy for operators to contact the bottom of machine.
9. Equipped with manual operators.
10. Prefect safeguard device.
11. Bottle-jam inspector is equipped on outfeed starwheels to safeguard machine.
12. Equipped with oil filling port to lubricate the gears, bearings, and cams.
13. Main motor is ABB.
14. Main electrical components(frequency inverter, PLC, photocells and relays) use MITSUBISHI,OMRON,SIEMENS products.
15. Pneumatic system uses FESTO products of Germany.
Air conveyorDescription
Air conveyor is supported with horses on the ground, with air fan installed above the conveyor. Air filter is installed in the door of every fan, to avoid dust blown into bottles. Bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plate in the conveyor, and transported into filling monobloc.
Main features
1. All are made of stainless steel SUS304, except some parts as plastic and nylon made horses and supporting carrier plate.
2. Air filter is installed in the door of every fan, to avoid dust blown into bottles.
3. Bottle infeed port is equipped with bottle-block elimination device driven by pneumatic cylinder, which will remove blocked bottles automatically to prevent damage of unscrambler.
4. Bottle infeed end is equipped with two sets of photocell switches, when bottles are arranged to the first set of switches, unscrambler run from high speed to moderate speed;when bottles are arranged to the seconde set of switches, unscrambler stops. When bottles leave away from second set of switches, unscrambler starts and keeps running at moderate speed; when bottles leave away from first set of switches, unscrambler speed to the designed from moderate speed. tarts and keeps running at moderate speed.
