Technology features

1. The machine adopts bottle bottom holding transport structure, which reduces the requirement due to bottle shape error. So the machine is more reliable for running.

2. The rinsing grippers adopt stainless steel spring gripping structure, which has features of exact open and close time and reliable gripping. The stainless steel grippers adopt the gripping way of no contact with bottle mouth to avoid second pollution. The water distributor adopts independent spraying structure to ensure the adjacent spraying pipes not mix water.

3. Filler adopts micro negative pressure filling principle with structure of bottle up and down, which makes filling is fast and the level is exact. This machine has features of “no bottle, no filling”. When handling different size of bottle, only need to adjust each part height and change the changeover parts.

4. The machine adopts advanced technology of human-machine interface, PLC control and frequency stepless speed regulation. It has function of “no bottle, no valve opening” and “wait if no bottle”. The parts contacting water are all made of quality stainless steel. Main electric and pneumatic components are all from famous brand.

5. The machine adopts bottle bottom holding transport structure. It is more convenient and faster for changing different bottle, maintenance and repair.

6. The whole machine adopts auto control technology. It is more convenient for maintenance.

1. Running

Product is conveyed to filler via feeding pipe and distributing pipe. Empty bottle is conveyed to rinser via bottle separating screw and infeed star-wheel: the risning gripper holds the bottle neck. The guide hand turns down 180º-rinsing-dripping-turns up 180º, then the bottle is conveyed via star-wheel to the bottle holding plate of filler. The bottle rises by bottle elevation device to the filling valve. Bottle mouth meshes with filling valve to start filling. After filling finishes, the bottle descends with bottle elevation device. The filled bottle is sent to capper via star-wheel for capping and then conveyed to outfeed conveyor.
