Horizontal Plough Shear Mixer is a new type of mixing equipment with high efficiency, good mixing effect and, low energy consumption, low pollution. It is widely used for mixing materials such as powder, liquid, granule, especially for materials with high density or need to be crushed or grind such as cement ,fertilizer or detergent powder.

One. Descriptive abstract:

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer consist of U-Shape tank, spiral and drive parts. The spiral is dual structure. Outer spiral make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner screw conveyor the material from the center to the sides to get the convective mixing. Our TDPM series Ribbon mixer can mix many kinds material especially for the powder and granular which with stick or cohesion character, or add a little liquid and paste material into powder and granular material. The mixture effect is high. The cover of the tank can be made as open in order to cleaning and change parts easily.

1.High mixing uniformity. Ribbon with disconnected structure produced greater shear motion as opposed to a continuous ribbon, allows the formation of more material in the vortex flow, speed up the mixing speed, improved blend uniformity

2.High speed. TDPM series mixer with Horizontal tank, single shaft with dual spiral symmetry circle structure. The disconnected ribbon of the mixer can make the material mixed with more high speed.

3.Uniformity in short time. Dual spiral symmetry circle structure. Outer spiral make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner screw conveyor the material from the center to the sides to get the convective mixing.

1.     I'm not sure if this machine can deal with our product?
Products like this will be OK: dry powder, small granule diameter less than 5mm, free-flowing, non-wet, non-sticky, non-fragile.

3.    My container is bag / pouch / stand-up pouch, is this machine suitable?
We suggest semi-automatic types. Automatic bag filler is out another kind machine.
4.     My container is heavier than 5000g / lighter than 10g, any options?
This is not problem, kindly tell us the weight and picture of your product in inquiry, we could customized one for you.
5.     Is there any spare parts?
Spare parts when there is big weight range/ special powder characteristics / special containter / high accuracy request / etc..
6.    As a oversea buyer, I wonder if you could send us engineer for installation and maintenance?
