Product Description

1. Application

 

The horizontal ribbon mixer is mainly applied for dry powder, powder, granule, or stirring and mixing of powder and liquid, especially for the powder and granular which with stick or cohesion character, or add a little liquid and paste material into powder and granular material. The mixture effect is high. Moreover, it is widely used for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, agriculture, dyes, chemical, plastics, ceramics, paint, putty, mortar, etc.

2. Working Principle

 

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer consist of UShape tank, spiral and drive parts. The spiral is dual structure. Outer spiral make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner screw conveyor the material from the center to the sides to get the convective mixing. Our TDPM series Ribbon mixer can mix many kinds material especially for the powder and granular which with stick or cohesion character, or add a little liquid and paste material into powder and granular material. The mixture effect is high. The cover of the tank can be made as open in order to cleaning and change parts easily.

 

3. Characteristics

 
• High mixing uniformity. Ribbon with disconnected structure produced greater shear motion as opposed to a continuous ribbon, allows the formation of more material in the vortex flow, speed up the mixing speed, improved blend uniformity.
• High speed. TP100L mixer with Horizontal tank, single shaft with dual spiral symmetry circle structure. The disconnected ribbon of the mixer can make the material mixed with more high speed.
• Uniformity in short time. Dual spiral symmetry circle structure. Outer spiral make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner screw conveyor the material from the center to the sides to get the convective mixing.
• No material deposit and without dead angle when mixing. Under the bottom of the tank, there has a flap dome valve (pneumatic control or manual control) of the center. The valve is arc design that assure no material deposit and without dead angle when mixing. Reliable regula- seal prohibit the leakage between the frequent close and open.
• Durable & stable. All the material except the motor is made of Stainless Steel 304.

• Which payment terms can we accept?

• Normally we accept T/T term, sometimes Western union or others for old client. 

   On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment.

• How to choose the suitable one according to the weight of material?

• In fact, our model name refers to the effective volume, for example, the TDPM200 indicates the  200L effective volume. And the     effective volume is from the calculation which the density divided by the weightof material, for instance, if you want to mix 300kg   protein powder for once time, and the density is 0.45g/cm3, then the volume is around 667L,  we advise you choose the TDPM     1000.

• Can I customized the height of machine for suiting my factory?  

• Yes, we can offer the customized service, generally the standard height from discharge hole to the ground is 600mm,  and we       can change it according to your fact requirements.

• I worry about there is a difference of supply voltage between our countries.

• Usually our power supply is 3p 220-415v 50/60HZ, and we will confirm your supply voltage when we  are going onbusiness .
