Spiral classifier is widely used to control material size from Ball Mill in the beneficiation process, separate mineral sand and fine mud in the gravity concentration, and clean mud and water in washing mineral process.This machine has features of simple structure, reliable and convenient operation, etc.

Applicable scope of spiral classifier
Spiral classifier are widely used in the distribution of ore in closedcircuit with ball mill in mining processing,in order to get a certain degree fineness of ore particles,meanwhile increasing the efficiency of grinding.This machine can also be used to washed sand classify ore sand and play other functions.

Work principle of spiral classifier
Spiral classifier mechanically classifies the ore materials through the mechanism of different sedimentation speed of solid particle in liquid due to different granularity and specific gravity. The fine ore floating in the water overflows out; and the coarse ore sediments on the tank bottom and then is pushed upwards by the spiral to be feed the grinding machine.

Features of Spiral classifier
Our spiral classifiers have the advantages of simple structure, reliable working and easy operation. The seat of the machine adopts channel steel and body adopts armor plate and the spiral axle adopts cast iron, so it’s durable. The lifting device has two types, by electricity and hand.

•during the installation and commissioning, the seller shall send technician to the site for instruction of installation and commissioning, and for training of workers.

• the buyer shall afford the travelling expense (including the expense of airline ticket, train ticket, board and lodging); the buyer shall also pay the service fee of USD 80/day/person.
• If there is any equipment failure caused by the buyer, the seller shall assist the maintenance of machines and replacement of fittings, and charges appropriate fees.
