  During working, the motor drives the impellers to rotate slowly by triangle belt, decelerating motor and gears. Sand enters the washing trough from the fed trough, roll and grind each other under the driving of impellers. Then wrapped impurity around the sand surface is removed and the vapor layer is destroyed at the same time. While the impurities and dirt is removed by the added water flow and discharged from the overflow outlet. Cleaned sand is conveyed by the rotating impellers to the discharge chute.
