Usage and Performance:

GYC-60H New generation foamed concrete block cutting machine matched with control cabinet, cutting size adjustable, precise, high efficiency, multi functions, often work together with foamed concrete mixing machine, conveying pump, block mould, and demould machine.

Processing Technology:

First, mix the certain dosage raw materials in the mixer, after mixing uniformity pour the mixture slurry into mould, after a certain precuring a block forming, and after the block reachs to a certain hardness put it on the cutter to cut it into requried block sizes, and the block mould shall be clean and spraying oil for recycle.

The lightweight foam concrete block will be cut stepply by the bandsaw:

First, cutter-1 will cut the block’s top and bottom;

Second, cutter-2 will cut the block in longitudinal vertical;

Last, cutter-3 will cut the block in horizontal vertial.

The finished small blocks will be stacking, packaging, or truck loading.

Specification:

Plywood case packing for LCL;

Nude packing for FCL.
