1.Organization Character of Ball mill
By feeding department, the exiting material department, the rotor, the transmission department (speed reducer, small transmission gear, electrical machinery, electric control) and so on main part composes .The midlevel axis uses the steel casting, the inside lining is detachable, rotates the big wheel to use the casting to roll the tooth processing, tube in vivo besets with by the wear-resisting backing, has the good resistance to wear. It revolves steadily, operation reliable.
Note: According to material and emissions mine type , may choose the dry ball mill and the wet check ball mill.
2.Working principle of ball mill
The ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc, and the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material.

Q: Payment?
A: 30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.
Q: What about Warranty? And what will we do if the machine is broken down?
A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
