FGH Series Resin Vacuum Impregnation/Impregnating and Drying Machine
Features and applications
FGH series vacuum impregnation and drying machine employs a compound process of “hot air-vacuum environment-hot air”, which enables the windings to be impregnated and dried in a sealed container. The equipment has advantages of advanced design,
scientific process, compact structure, easy operation, safety and reliability, good sealing, and reduced laboring strength. This series is used for
vacuum impregnation treatment of windings of general motors, electrical equipment, special motors, pump motors, magnetic motors, transformers,
and iron cores. This equipment is a newly energy-saving equipment, which greatly improves product quality, reduces production cost, and strengthens competitiveness.
Notes: We can also supply non-standard vacuum impregnating and drying equipment.
The machine is nude packed but duly fixed inside the container.
The nearest sea port is Shanghai port which is the largest and most convenient port over China.
The delivery time is 45-120 days after receipt of down payment.
The furnace is usually loaded into normal containers (20GP or 40GP).
Our company provides test-running service to the customers. We would send our engineers to the buyer's site for installation, test-running and training service. The customer should bear the following costs: round-way air ticket fare, and board and lodging, and daily allowance.
The warranty period is 1 year after completion of test-running.
We provide technical support life-time.

1) Q: What is the power supply of the equipment?
A: The power supply of the machine is to be decided by the customer's side. We are able to adjust the voltage (volt, and phase) through a transformer so that the machine is ready for use at the end user's site.
2) Q: What information should the customer provide to get an accurate quotation from us?
A: The customer should provide the related technical requierments such as effective size of the impregnation tank (dia*height), vacuum degree, working pressure, drawings, pictures, industrial voltage, etc.
3) Q: What is the payment term?
A: The payment term is 30% down payment, and 70% before delivery (T/T mode).
4) Q: What is the delivery time?
A: The delivery time of the machine is 45-150days after receipt of down payment.
5) Q: What is the warranty period of the machine?
A: The warranty period is 1 year after completion of test-running.
