                  Ladle Baker For Electric, Gas fried or Oil Fired Aluminum Scrap Melting Furnace

 

The cover of the ladle baker lifts up when the aluminum ladle is placed inside the baker or taken out of the baker, and moves down when the baker heats the aluminum ladle. The baker works with a variety of fuels, such as city coal gas, natural gas, LPG, diesel oil, or heavy oil.

The specially designed burner for the baker has the advantages of high baking efficiency, environment friendliness, strong flame, long service life, and high stability.

 

 

The aluminum ladle is mainly used for transportation of molten aluminum. It can also be used for transportation of other non-ferrous metals. The aluminum ladle hearth is either built with a high strength once-forming casting material or embedded with a crucible.

The furnace is packed in plywood cases which can be moved through forklift by its feet.

The nearest sea port is Shanghai port which is the largest and most convenient port over China.

The delivery time is 60 days after receipt of down payment.

The furnace can usually be loaded into normal container (20GP or 40GP).

The delivery term can be FOB, CIF, or CNF.
