1.Why i need to pay moulding fee in sample period?
We do according your drawing,choose moulding can secure quality and mass production can cast much produce time,most important the unit price can be down.
So if your customed product need use mould,we have to open a new one for you,even in sample period,also use mould to produce,in this suituation,we need to negoatied to pay part tooling cost in advance.
2.How do you calculate sample fee?
Without mould: If your customized product didn't need use mould,then need to pay the basis material fee in minimize.
With mould: Even in sample period,still need to negotiate part of toling cost in advance,and we do sample for your test until you are satisfied.
3.How do you secure quality?
We produce according ISO9001-2008,RHOS,GMC certificate,every product have to pass quintet quality control:
