It has two-sided plastic pieces that are attached by a center bracket that uses the sensomatic mechanism which guarantees that your boots are kept in shape with the right amount of tension. These boot trees automatically adjust to a preset tension that keeps your boots in shape and does not break the leather or make them too loose. The center piece also has a convenient handle that can be used as a boot hanger. Comes in 3 different lengths.
