This great machine CB-3DV10 is a real ALL IN ONE 3D Vacuum Sublimation Machine, it can print onto 3D phone case, also can print onto coffee mug, sports bottle, curved products, and sublimation plate. It’s easy to learn and handle, only need 10 minutes training, you can operate by yourself.
This machine could be used for sublimation film, also can use sublimation paper. It could be used for Caseblanks’ 3D coated phone case, also can produce normal uncoated case. We called it is “Sublimation Machine King”. This machine has 220v and 110v version with different plug, please let us know which parameter you need before place order.

The Process of Printing 3D Sublimation Coated Phone Case (Shenzhen Caseblanks Technology Co., Ltd)
1,Printing the images onto the 3D sublimation film with low-temperature sublimation ink;
2, Please remove the protection film form the 3D sublimation phone case before sublimation;
3, Put the 3D phone case onto the jig, and put the 3D sublimation film on to the tray, close the tray and lock it;
4, Put the tray into the middle of the machine, pre-heat 15 seconds, then press vaccum, and subliating with 6 minutes @ 140 centigrade;
5, After sublimation, take off the 3D sublimation film, and cool in natural environment in 1 minute, no need cooling jig cause it is no shrinking.
