Machine working Video links:
- Easy operation: Dampening feeding, ink feeding and pressing are all controlled by a handle. Photoelectric sensors used for controlling of the offset press of impression cylinder. The performance is reliable.
- Precise Positioning: Positioning through front gauge and wheel type gauge. Good running for paper feeding side guide device and plate cylinder universal fine tuning.
- Separation of water and ink: Water feeding system and ink feeding system are seperated. water amount and ink amount can be freely adjusted to meet requirements of different printing matters. it’s more frequently used for color print.
- Preset counting: Computer controlled counters are adopted. paper feeding will automatically stops as soon as the preset printing amount is finished.
- Double paper test: Double paper and multi-paper can be effectively controlled, and double paper and multi-paper can be automatically removed in operation mode.
- Double revolving functions: Paper is sheet feed, which compensates small offset printing machine’s insufficient ink feeding capacity and widens applications of the printing.
- Power spraying function: This function could avoid dirt on the backside of the printings.8.
- Automatic ink feeding: This function enables average ink colors.
