Flexo Plate Making Machine

"SMART-800 flexo plate making machine" is a kind of touching exposure imaging equipment for printing plate making. Mainly for the flexo plate making (also known as flexographic plate). The principle: keep the film and the photosensitive plate close together by using vacuum, through photochemical reaction, the original image on film transfer to the photosensitive plate precisely. Platesetter mainly consists of UVA exposure device, UVC exposure device, vacuum device, drying room, processing chamber, electrical parts, stainless steel chassis and other parts.
Flexo platesetter is a high degree of integration of photovoltaic equipment, there’s specific requirements about the relative humidity, temperature of the environment and degree of vacuum pumping, The relative humidity is not more than 70%, appropriate temperature is 25 ℃, exposure vacuum should be not less than 0.08Mpa.
Plate-making process: back exposure → front exposure → processing → drying → viscosity reducing → curing.
The machine is often carton factory, packaging plant, labels printing factory and so on.
