Compact pressure bearing solar water heater
Working principle:
The vacuum tubes absorb and convert solar energy into thermal energy, then transfer to the central heat pipe via the aluminum fins. The heat pipes have tiny amount of purified water sealed inside at depressurized condition. When heated, the water inside the heat pipes vaporizes at low temperature (about 30°C), the vapor rises to the condenser and heat energy is conducted to water (inside the tank). When vapor is cooled down and becomes condensate, it falls to the bottom of heat pipe. By continuously circulating in this way, heat is carried from outside to the water inside the tank.
Advantages:
1) This type of solar water heater works with high pressure, so do the water it pressurized.
2) Super-conduct copper heat-pipe in the vacuum tube, uses the heat pipe to conduct the heat energy, it can work rapidly.
3) Each vacuum tube can work alone, so it can still operate in the event of occasional tube breakage.
4) No water in the vacuum tubes eradicate the incrustation scale, thus keeping them running in high efficiency
5) No water in the vacuum tube, so there will not tube breakage in the winter
6) Can be used all year round in the cold climate
7) No maintenance
