A: Yes , 100% new PP material and food grade .
Q: What is the lead time for mould making and mass production products?
A: Mould development: 30 -45 days differ from the products.
Mass production products : 15-30 days differ from the volume.
Q: What information do i need to provide in order to get quotation?
A: Size , weight , material type, volume ,drawing or picture of the products.
Q: How many types of label do you have and what is the effects?
A: Orange peel : non smooth surface like orange peel.
Bright shining : surface is shining and smooth.
Gloss matt : half smooth and half shining.
Q: How many IML products lines do you have ?
A: We have more than 20 sets of IML products making line,all equipped with IML Robot and convey belt . Production are in the clean room to avoid contamination .
Q: What is the temperature range for your material, can i use it to take hot water ?
A: Yes , the temperature range is around -20 to 110 degree and safe to take hot water , no smell.
