Properties

a. Be made of special hydroxyl compounds, synergist, Emulsifier, dispersant etc.

b. Keep defoaming and antifoam well in low concentration

c.   In papermaking whitewater, Versatility strong in lower 45°C

d.  Easy to disperse in water.

Typical product data

Appearance: milky white or light yellow liquid

PH:                         6.5~8.5

Solid content:            35±2%

Appropriate diluent :    10~30°C thickened water

Use methods

This type defoamer have very good defoaming and antifoam functions, can be added after foams come out or add as antifoam compositions. Accordign to different systems, Dosage can be 10~1000pm, In papermaking whitewater 150~300g per ton. Best dosage depend on test. The product can use directly, also can diluted before use. If can stirring dispersion enough in foaming system, can add defoamer directly, no need dilution, If dilution, Pls do not dilute with water directly, dilution details, Pls contact with us.

Packing and Store

This product use 25L, 50L plastic drum (also can made according to customers’ requests).It should be kept in dry and cool, avoid blazing sun and flames. Once fire, put out fire method same as general petroleum products. Product will freeze

In lower 0°C, If freeze, use after melt and stir, works normally.
