Quality assurance procedures are in place at every process step throughout our operations, from risk assessment for samples/designs at the very beginning of product development, through to the final inspection of the finished goods. If a problem should occur we would investigate it thoroughly, implement a corrective action plan, make sure that it is not repeated and make sure that our customer’s requirements are fully met.

Reply: for simply construction paper box need 3 to 5 days.

       for complex construction leather box need 7 to 10 days.

       for printing paper box need 10 to 15 days.

3.Sample fee

Reply: In general, we offer free sample unless some sample need open mould

Of plastic box or hardware, printing paper and other special material to custom-made, we will charge cost base on our supplier charge us. Sample freight collect if we offer free sample.

4.Order quantity

Reply: for simply construction paper box need MOQ 2000pcs

     for simply construction leather box need MOQ 1000pcs

     for complex construction leather box need MOQ 500pcs

     for printing paper box need MOQ 2000pcs

5.Production lead time

Reply: for simply construction paper box need 25 to 30 days base on MOQ 2000pcs

     for simply construction leather box need 25 to 30 days base on MOQ 1000pcs

     for complex construction leather box need 25 to 30 days base on MOQ 500pcs

     for printing paper box need 25 to 30 days base on MOQ 2000pcs

In general, we spend approx 3 days purchase all production material which have stock.

Some special material need custom-made which need 10 to 15 days to ready.

And produce department need 7 to 15 days to produce goods base on order quantity.

6.Transportation

We will according client’s requirements help to arrange transportation, customs declaration and offer other documents.
