How to place an order:

1. Your Inquiry ßà My Professional quotation.

2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.

3. Xikang team sends you the Proforma Invoice with seal.

4. Sample Stage (if you need): After we got the sample cost, we will prepare the samples as you designed, and send you samples to get your approval.

5. After sample approval, you pay the deposit for mass production and send us Bank Slip. We will arrange production & let you know how’s the production going on.

 
6. Products finished: Confirm the delivery time again.

7. You arrange the QC to check the products quality in our factory, after QC passed, shipment will be arranged and we’ll send you the Copy of B/L

8. You make payment for balance (balance against B/L copy or L/C) .

9. Feedback to Xikang about Quality, Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion.
