The base--

Step 1-Open the bag.
Step 2-Insert the pole top section (numbered 2 in above picture) into the flag vertical sleeving downwards
Step3- Insert the pole arm section (numbered 1 in above
pic.) into the flag horizontal sleeving
Step4
Assemble the pole top (numbered 2) section and the pole arm section (numbered 1) together.
Details please refer to the below pics.
Note:To make sure the flag is not torn by stretching when assemblying the pole sections, it is better to pull more
sleeving out of the 90 degree angle metal part as illustrated in below picture to make sure the flag is relax enough.
Before inserting.
Put the flag sleeving a little more out of the right angled metal part.
Take the right angled metale part out of the sleeving.
Assemble two metal parts together.
Assembled.
Step 5-Insert the pole butt section into the flag vertical sleeving upwards
Step 6-
Assemble the pole butt section and top section together
inside the flag sleeving.
Step 7-
Assemble the pole and flag to spindle of flag base
Step 8-Finished
