2. Q: How to get a sample?
A: In normal case, 30cm rods/tracks with accessories will be provided as free samples.
Shipping cost will be paid by customers. Sample charges will be refunded when placing order.
3. Q: How to pack the products? Can we customized?
A: Normal packing: each rod/track in plastic bag, 20pcs/40pcs as a bundle with woven outside,
accessories in cartons.Yes we can pack the goods on your request.
4. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Rods/tracks: 1000 meter. Accessories: 3000pcs.
For trial order, qty can be discussed and in lower MOQ.
5. Q: What's your payment terms?
A: Payment terms: T/T 30% as deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment.
6. Q: How about the lead time?
A: Lead time: Within 24-30 days after received deposit.
7. Q: ODM&OEM or customer's logo printed is available?
A: Yes, ODM&OEM and customer's logo printed is welcomed.
