1. How long I can get the dress?
5-7 days for sample dress, 30-45 days for mass production
2. Can I buy many items to try, and return the dislike ones?
No. All the dresses are Made-To-Order. Whether you choose a standard size or custom measurements, our tailors craft each dress to order.
3. Do you have any more in-stock? I just need a standard size.
The majority of our dresses are tailored even though you just need a standard size.
4. Will my dress look just like the same as pictures?
Yes. All of dress we put on website is the real dress. We hire professional dress model and photographer to take pictures.
Also, we accept customized order, it will be sewn to fit your body type and the fabric type and color will differ if you've requested such alterations.
5. Can I combine different styles of dresses into one dress?
Yes. This is our specialty. You can combine any of the dresses featured on our site, or off this site. We can manufacture the dress according your requirement along with picture.
6. How can I get a sample dress? How much have I to pay for it?
Generally the sample dress cost is three times of wholesale price, and we will return it when it gets a mass production.
7. Do you have a retail location?
Sorry, we are factory and we only make order dress. You can see our design dress on line and buy it.
8. Can you ship anywhere? What carriers do you use?
We can ship the dresses to anywhere on the globe, and we generally use DHL.
