Vegetable Oil Filling Machine
The machine adopts the frequency conversion motor driven, pneumatic, PLC, contact screen control. All filling head work at the same time with the bottle clamping devices to ensure 100% mouth aiming. Equipped with the device to avoid the drop and leakage. That is intelligentized protection program control as modernization & civilization production ideal equipment.
The machine is self-suction positive pressure type filling machine. There is no special requirement for storage tank. It adopts the opened type liquid with automatic liquid control system. Advanced double speed technology improves the production efficiency and eliminates the overflow phenomenon of other filling machine types.
- Read this instruction carefully before use machine.
- Commission & operation meet strictly with the requirements of this instruction.
- The power adopts 3-P 4-W system with 50Hz. 380V is used to supply for motor, 220V is used to supply for the control and the PLC. Any incorrect wiring may cause the damage of PLC (computer) or wire circuit.
- All electrical element, socket connector should be connected as per relative code. Or, it damages the elements even causes the bad human body injury.
- The 220V power supply for machine should have the electric wave within 220V±10%. If there is over wave, please add to joint with an over 3000W voltage regulator. Or, the machine runs abnormally.
- The available earthing should be ensured for machine shield to protect safety of human body.
- The filling liquid conveyed to this machine should be filtered in advanced. The liquid conveying pipes jointed with machine should be cleaned strictly without any residual, sundry and dust in it. Or, the important parts in machine may be damaged so that the measuring is invalid.
- Power source pressure and volume should reach the requirement. Or, machine can’t run normally.
- During operating the contact screen, press and loose lightly, avoid the sharp article scraps the screen. Prohibit to clean with water directly. Prohibit to contact screen with dirty hands.
