Process: Bottle Washing + Filling + Capping
It is a full-automatic multiple-function washing, filling and capping unit. Three parts connect with one line .It is used in washing, filling and sealing all kinds of non-air drinks such as fruit juice, oil & vinegar, wine, fruit wine, mineral water and pure water. The line has features of unique design, new style, complete functions, multi-purpose, convenient in operation, beautiful construction, high automation. It is the best filling equipment in China.
Working step:
Putting bottle on to the conveyor→auto rinsing bottle with water → auto filling water into bottle → auto sealing the cap → put bottle label by hand → shrinking label auto and out putting the bottle with water(finished) like the following picture
