So we can offer you the better quality than others,especially the sound quality.

2. How long is your normal delivery time?

We usually need 15-20 days to prepare material for production.

Our output of assembly is 5,000pcs per day.

So the normal delivery time is usually 20-25 days.

3. Which famous brands did you worked with?

So far,we had cooperated with P&G,Wal-Mart,Budweiser.

4. Do you offer OEM/ODM service?

Yes,we had got enough rich experience about OEM/ODM during worked with these famous brands as above.

Both customized logo and packaging are acceptable.

5. Can you make customized color?

Yes,if your quantity match our MOQ of 3K pcs per color.

We can make any color for case or cable according to the Pantone Code.

6. Which are the payment terms you accept?

Our payment term is usually deposit 30% by T/T in advance,the balance to be paid before shipment (after inspection).

We also accept the payment by L/C or Paypal.

7. How do you control the quality?

We always make 100% complete inspection for twice before delivery.

Any third part inspection are welcome.

8. Can you offer free samples?

We're pleasure to offer free sample if there is existing material,please pay for the freight charge to ensure fairness.

But we have to charge for some special situations,such as the customized sample with logo printing or custom color.Because the cost of plate making fee or material with custom color is a bit high,we will return this cost after placing order.
