♥.1.YUXI series oil press is one kind of small oil press characterized by low investment, strong adaptability and high efficiency of oil production, etc.
♥.2.Imported hydraulic components are adopted in hydraulic system, the pressure can be adjusted.
♥.3.These screw oil pressers, after more than ten year's investment and modification, are concise in structure, easy to operate, and similar in performace to the advanced oil nuts, beans, sesame seeds, cotton seeds, and many other oilseeds crops.
♥.4.This oil press machine is composed of feeder, gearbos, pressing cage, screw shaft and machine stand etc.
♥.5.This kind of screw oil presses utilizes the screw shaft which is set-up with different styles of screws and rotates when machine is running to push the material into chamber. Then the oil is separated out through the extrusion of pressing worm and pressing ring. This oil press machine is in accordance with the standard JB/T9793.1-1999 for screw oil press for farm use

Working principle of oil press machine mini
♥.1. When the machine begin to work ,the treated raw material can from hopper into pressing bore.
Under the squeezer shaft rotation,Raw material is pushed forward then get the oil.
♥.2.On the one hand, the root of screw axis diameter enlargement, pitch decreases gradually,
so the raw material in the bore in pressing forward, constantly compressed volume, pressure is
increased, meet the oil pressure needed for the precipitation.
♥.3.On the other hand,the raw material keep moving in the Pressing chamber.Under the high
pressure.there exist Huge friction force between raw material and squeezer, pressing chamber.
♥.4.The heat which produced by the movement can meet the required to heat oil process operations and make the raw material in the embryo protein denaturation, destroyed the colloid, increase the plasticity, reduce oil viscosity, make it easy to precipitate, thus increasing the yield efficiency of oil press finally.

Q:Delivery time?
A:20~30 days after order confirmation. We need time to prepare machine according to exporting standard, wear-in, making wooden box, fumigation and suitable ship arrangement from forwarder.
Q: If I don't know how to operate this machine? how can I do?
A: Our machine has been tested OK and fully assembled before shipping, customer just needs to make 2~4 hours wear-in and then can work.
Q:What's wear-in for new machine?
A:use 10 KG oil cake + 1KG sand + 1KG water, mix them, put in oil press, wear in 3~4hs.1st hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 3mm.2nd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2.5mm.3rd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2 mm.
