1. How is your material?
The material is China national standard material.
Top quality and brand motor and other accessories are chosen by purchasing team.
2. Is customized design available?
Yes. Our engineer and design team can make design the rides as the negotiation and confirmation between the buyer and seller.
3. Why some fiberglass very good, some are not so good?
The difference comes from the paint, painting house and the painter.
We have professional painter, individual painting hours to paint the fiberglass with the top quality paint. It cost more but give customer a beautiful and smooth finish.
4. Do you have equipment passport include installation manual, operation manual and other relevant documents and certificate?
Yes. Each equipment is with the product passport include the electric diagram, base drawing, installation manual and operation manual. We can provide the relevant documents certificate to help your customs clearance.
5. How do you package to protect the equipment from destroyed?
We will pack the equipment according to buyer’s confirmation.
Our suggestion is: Packing the fiberglass parts and the control box by wooden box. Packing the steel parts by unwoven cloth and shake-proof plastic cloth.
6. How will you help to deliver the equipment?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, DDP terms.
Based on EXW term, we can help to recommend shipping and destination clearance company to the buyer. Of course, the cost after EXW should be paid by the buyer.
