Detailed Description:
1. Console mode makes operation convenient.
2. Two optional control modes: SCM (Singlechip Control Mode)and TCCM (Temperature Controllor Control Mode).
3. With timing launching function, it guarantees the ordinary working hours of the production line.
4. With memory function for working condition when off, it guarantees the accordance between the condition after electrified and that before last outage.
5. With functions as self-diagonosis about breakdown, alarm display and protection, it is convenient for staff to supervise and deal with breakdown in time, reducing waste amount in malfunction.
6. With the function of low-temperature operation, the system may be in lower stand-by operaive state, reducing energy consumption, avoiding glue carbonization and guaranteeing quick start of production line.
7. With multiple anti-interference, it is protected from almost all electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing the stablized operation of the system.
8. To guarantee the accordance of heating speed, it adopted sectional heating mode to launch other heating circuits starting heating after the main glue tub is heated to the designed temperature.
9. Adopted independent flowing pressure control system with double-pumping, double-motor, double-converter, the glue flowing is stablized and frequency; the gluing is better.
10. Intensifying heat preservation of glue tub reduces the heat depletion of the adhesive machine.
11. Open sheet metal type keeps heat dissipation in inner space, making sound effect of heat insulation. Adopted PLC control mode and converting motor dragging high-density metering pump, equipped with electronic elements of foreign well-known brand, PT100 temperature detector and complete casting melting jar, the inside wall of the jar is disposed with Teflon and the return valve is of high-accuracy.
