Coating and laminating machine is suitable for high viscosity & high melting point sheetmaterials applications, eg :A, PU, PES, EVA, TPU, PO, etc.
1 The whole machine:
Scientific design, featuring with strong rigidity & easy operation. time belt driving parts adopted, all active & passive rolls rectified by high-precision dynamic balance treatment.
CNC gantry machining center wall with a shape, complemented by sound installation process, so that machine to run a balanced, low noise, the composite material does not wrinkle and effective. Various key positions with emergency stop button to stop and open for easy handling equipment. The safe operation of Department has a clearly marked hidden, labeling and safety protection facilities. 2 Coating head:
