YK-MD01 CASE PALLETIZER
The machine adopts PLC touch screen control; carry out intelligence to turn operation supervision, simple, easily control. It can immensely reduce labor personnel and bring down labor intensity. The machine adopts the principle design of high speed, steady, and economical space. Adopt separated type to take off board, more quickly and more economical space. Multi-use, adjust quickly and do not need to replace stacking products and vexation.

The touch screen operation realizes human-machine conversation, it can display production speed, fault reasons and position, a high degree of automation. .Adopt PLC programmable sort of carton stacking layer, pallet both supply and discharge into procedures control..
Adopt LG company manufacturing PLC in Korea and touch plate (six inches),electrical components comply with international standards, reliable performance, strong replacement and durability.
The chain which is produced by JAPAN CMC company has the characteristics of good abrasion resistance, high precision and stable transmission and so on.
The pneumatic components and air cylinders are produced by Germany FESTO ,Korea TPC ,Japan SMC, which have reliable quality and performance.
Safety door and cover are set with electrical induction device. The machine stops working when the door is opened, which can carry on a safeguard to the personnel.
Stacking way is simple and easy to adjust on the touch screen.
Stacking is stable and high-efficiency, which can greatly save manpower.
Carton supply system adopts the brake motor control to ensure conveying cartons according to the predetermined location.
Stack board database is large, which can accommodate 12-15 empty stack board and achieve automatic supply stack .
Noise is small, which conforms to Chinese international standards for 75db below.
