1.Mine resources:

23 million tons.associated with abundant garnet,mica and quartz minerals .Garnet,quartz 

and mica non-metallic minerals are recycled while the kyanite is purified .we achieve the

2.Ore dressing workshop

     We have advanced production workshop .Manufacturing processes are mainly 

crushing ,ball milling ,weak magnetic,magnetic,gravity concentration and flotation 

technology.these 6 steps make different grades of high purity of kyanite ,garnet ,biotite ,

quartz concentrate.

3.Quality inspection :

     Our company has complete experimental test devices:6400A flame photometer ,DHF

82 ,multielement analyzer,high temperature dilatometer.particle detector,ball grinding mill ,

flotation machine and etc.the company has certified by ISO9001:2000 international quality

 management system ,the entire production process is strictly followed the requirements,

we establish a standard management system of 4 tests for the raw ores,production ,ware

housing and delivery ,to ensure the whole production process controllability and traceable

4.Product features(6 main features of xingtai kyanite products):

(1).Better crystal:the color of kyanite is light blue.the size is uniform.The  crystal is 

granular,in the shape of needle.

(2).Purity:the purity is up to 98%,the content of Al2O3is over 60%.

(3).less impurity:The impunity is less than 3%

(4).Expansion:As the expansion is grown while the temperature getting high.The 

formation of mullite is irreversible .the maximum expansion up to 18%.

(5).High Refractoriness :kyanite refractoriness is generally greater than 1800℃.

(6).Stability:the modernization of production with every step of production is strictly 

sampled to inspect the quality.we ensure each batch of product quality.

5.Produt uses:

     Kyanite’s usage covers a wide range of manufacture including high-grade refractory 

materials, shaped and unshaped refractory ,refractory ceramic,heat insulating-corrosive refractory material ,synthetic mullite and other silicon aluminum refractory 

products ,it can even be used of sputtered film ,leading edge of aviation metal accessories

Shaped refractory such as :low creep brick,mullite brick,high alumina brick,light brick,stove
