ZL20F WHEEL LOADER CHINA
Wheel loader ZL20F is mainly used in road construction, urban construction, environment cleaning, coal yard, sand and stone quarry, small and medium civil engineering, railway station, wharf, freight yards, warehouse, etc. to shovel and load or move earth, sand and stone, coal cinder, trash and other bulk materials. Compact wheel loader can be used together with 3-5 tons tractor and truck to load and unload materials and also can be used to carry out the works such as bulldozing, shoveling and digging, dragging, stacking, lifting and traction, etc.
Features:
- Adopting hydraulic-mechanical power shift transmission boix;
- Adopting central articulated frame and load-sensing hydraulic steering gear that can make the track of rear wheels of the front loader coincide with the track of its front wheels when turning to make the turning radius short, which enables it to work on a narrow site and makes it have easy and flexible operation, safe and reliable performance, compact structure and easy maintenance;
- Adopting four-wheel drive, low-pressure 16/70-20 bigger tire and pendular rear axle that can make the front loader have good off-road performance, trafficability and more traction;
- Fully enclosed cab with adjustable and suspension seat can provide comfortable driving and wide view;
- Using 16/70-20 ultra-wide tyres to increase the stability of the whole machine and the service life of tyre;
- Brake system adopts vacuum booster, air over hydraulic caliper disc brake on 4 wheels;
- This small wheel loader adopts ZL280 integrated torque converter, and the whole machine is fully hydraulic transmission;
- This compact wheel loader can be optionally equipped with pilot control system to make it easy to operate and increase the exceptional performance of the whole machine;
- Power system adopts Xichai 4DX21-72 4105 direct injection, environmentally friendly, 4-cylinder engine to make this front loader have strong power and high acceleration, which greatly increase its high working efficiency;
- This compact wheel loader can be equipped with optional quick hitch (quickluck hydraulic coupler).

2. Using special Isuzu drive axle, with strong ability to overcome obstacle
3. Chassis uses hinged structure, with small turning radius and flexible turning, which applies to the operation in narrow space
4. This machine uses mechanical gear box and hydraulic steering operation, with simple structure, convenient operation, good performance and reliable quality
5. Widely applying to the construcction of agricultural engineering and small and medium building such as road, coal mine, brickyard, urban construction, kiln factory, stone material factory, prefabricated cement parts factory, etc.
