1.Ps foam sheet extruder
• Adopts Gentian type double-stage series high foam technology.
• Adopts high speed hydraulic filter changer without stopping the machine.
• The foaming shaping machine adopts PLC control, touch screen operation, easily to operate.
•The raw material is general polystyrene granule (GPPS).
2.Fully Automatic Mechnical Hand Ps Foam Food Container Forming Machine
•It can produce PS foam food box/container, foam (egg/meat) tray, hamburger box, foam plates/bowl, fruit tray, etc. The foam container has feature of shockresistance, crush- resistance, heat insulation, etc. It is widely used to pack the heat and frozen food in supermarket, store and etc.
•Heating zone adopts remote infrared ceramic heater.
•Temperature digital system is convenient for the workers to know the temperature of each heating zone quickly.
•It adopts Japanese servo motor & drive, Mitsubishi PLC mechanical and electronic integration control, touch screen for operating.
•Reliable stability, large forming area and fast speed.
•Feeding area adopts automatic pneumatic device , which reduces the labor force.
•The mechanical hand of machine could be adjusted to move up and down, front and back, using the electronic adjustment control, to meet the different needs of molds with various sizes.
•The suction cup of mechanical hand could be added or reduced as the real operations to meet the needs of final products.
•The bigges advantage is forming cutting and product collection integration,reduce work link,products can be stacked directly collect,this will greatly save time reduce the intensity of work and greatly saves labor.
3. Recycling Machine(FC150/120)
•Fully automatic temperature controlling.
•The die head made by special alloy steel.
•Water channel adopts corrosion resistant plate, cooling water circulation.
•Granulator cutter adopts frequency speed control of motor drive.
•It can process pe/ps/pp material .
1.Engineers will go to buyer's factory for installing whole line.
2.After producing , test run of whole line.
3.The main parts of production line are one year guarantee of quality.
4.The installation and start up manual will be supplied in English.
5.Any questions will be solved at any time.
6. We test all the machinery before delivery to confirm the good working condtion.
7.Engineer is responsible for instaling the machinery and teach the local engineers to operate the machinery.
Q1:What’s your warranty policy?
A1:The Seller will guarantee the machine for 14 months since the date of shipment(that is leaving from Seller’s factory) or the Seller will guarantee the machine for 12 months since the date of starting installation and adjustment, whichever comes first.
Q2:How about the Visiting and Testing the machine before placing order?
A2: We are located in Longkou City,Shandong Province,China. The nearest airport is Yantai Penglai International Airport.(Near to Shanghai and Beijing) We could take you at the airport when you confirm the flight. We could make the machine running during your visiting to check the working condition.
Q3:What package do you use for the product?
A3:Painted with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film, then packed in wooden box.
Q4:Do you have technical instruction if I buy your product?
A4:Please read the user manual carefully for your reference, we have detail instruction on it. If your problems still can not be solved, welcome to contact us for help.
Q5:Will you conduct training for our staff here?
A5:Yes, we will provide technology support to factory technology, training for the relative person.
