Q1: Can I order a sample or trial order to test the quality and market?
A: Yes, of course. And the sample freight can be negotiating .
Q2: Can you produce customized item?
A: Yes, we offer custom-made service to our clients. You need to provide us some technical data such as dimension and mark.
Q3: What is your minimum order?
A: Normally 50pcs , but the sample also can be accepted .
Q4: What about the delivery time?
A: The standard products within 4 weeks after receive the receipt of L/C or 30% by T/T. The sample can finish in 5-7 days.
Q5: How about the packing ?
A: Don't worry about the locker is out of shape . We use export standard multilayer carton box with polyfoam inside packing.
Q6: Can you give me a discount?
A: Since we are factory, our policy is that the bigger order quantity is, the lower quotation will be offered. So we will give you a discount as your order quantity.
1. Inner packing: polyfoam (EPS) and pearl-cotton (EPE) .
2. Outer packing:5-7 layer standard export carton.
3. Accessory is packed in a plastic bag.
4. Have a product sketch printed outside of the package.
5. We can make the package as your customized design. Can print your own logo on product,carton or stick label.
We make sure that all our furniture is packaged properly to withstand even the longest journey. And we accepted to add stiff paper to protect each corner of the products.
