Basically packing options are customised, including carton, pallet or some other form of packing per customer’s request .
The lead-time of sea shipment is usually 30days after the receipt of the prepayment.

1) Standard payment is full advance by T/T. Certain proportion of prepayment upon order placing and clearance of remaining payment before dispatch of goods can be applied to regular clients.
2) For samples and test orders on small scale, such transportation agents as EMS, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT can be employed.
3) For regular orders, the standard shipment is by sea, of which the normal lead-time is 30 days, while the air freight can be used to meet urgent demands.

1) To deliver products already available in our warehouse, the delivery can be arranged within one week after receiving the payment.
2) For the products of ODM/OEM, it normally takes 30day-45days to freight after receiving the payment.

1)Customers can be compensated when the delivery failure rate reaches 3% (delivery failure rate of acceptance is capped at 3% due to the industrial practice; normal way of compensation is to send failed quantity beyond 3% when fulfilling the next order.
2) Consistency of samples and ordered goods is guaranteed. Proven inconsistency by customers shall be immediately and effectively corrected.

1.Can I get free samples?
Yes, of course, the samples are free and you only need pay the express cost.
2.What surface handing could you support ?
We can supply screen printing, spraying, hot stamping, frost, label printing etc.
3.Do you accept customized order ?
YES. We could open new mould according to your design drawing.
4. What is your shipping method ?
(1). For small trial order, we could use air express, just as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL, also could ship LCL.
(2). For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.
5.How to control the quality ?
We do 3 times leakage test before packing, also we have our QC to control it.
6.If any defective bottle, how do you deal with ?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
7.Which trade terms do you prefer?
We can accept FOB, C&F, CIF,etc.
