Quality Control:
1) Before the production, samples are made for customers to confirm, after the samples approved, bulk produce begins.
2) During the production, our professional quality control personnel will make a whole-process monitor, any problems found , we’ll modify at once to make sure the best quality.
Best after- sales service:
1)When receiving the goods, please inspect and calculate the breakage rate and defected products first, if the breakage rate and defected products exceed 3%, we will compensate the same quantity on the next order.
2) If the product is not the same as the samples sent to you before, please take photos and then we will
check it, if it's our mistake, we will accept the claims.
Packing Detail:
We can also accept custom packing options.Carton& pallet or as per the customer request .
Shipping is usually 30days after the receipt of the prepayment.
1. Logo or label printing: we accept to print logos on bottles directly also could supply label printing
2. Surface handing: Silk-Screen printing,Spraying, Frost, hot stamping, slik printing, etc.
3. Caps: we could supply the match cap together, such as plastic, tinplate, alumite,glass material and etc.
4. Packing: Standard export carton, Pallet or as you need.
5. Customer test: Ensure products in super quality and good condition.
6. Sample: We can supply free samples for testing .
7. OEM/ODM: acceptable.

1.Can I get free samples?
Yes, of course, the samples are free and you only need pay the express cost.
2.What surface handing could you support ?
We can supply screen printing, spraying, hot stamping, frost, label printing etc.
3.Do you accept customized order ?
YES. We could open new mould according to your design drawing.
4. What is your shipping method ?
(1). For small trial order, we could use air express, just as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL, also could ship LCL.
(2). For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.
5.How to control the quality ?
We do 3 times leakage test before packing, also we have our QC to control it.
6.If any defective bottle, how do you deal with ?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
7.Which trade terms do you prefer?
We can accept FOB, C&F, CIF,etc.
